Lashlip Privacy Policy

This notice covers personal data when you shop False Eyelashes, Lip Products, Makeup Brushes on Lashlip. Last updated: 7 November 2026.

1. What we collect

To fulfil an order we need your name, email, shipping address and payment confirmation from the checkout provider. We store the SKU, size and colour you chose so we can answer fit questions and process returns. Cookies may keep your cart.

2. How we use it

Order processing, tracking emails, returns within our stated window, and legally required records. We do not sell your email list. Carriers and payment processors receive only what they need.

3. Security & retention

Checkout uses HTTPS. We keep order rows for tax and chargeback periods, then delete or anonymise what we can.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies run the cart. You can block non-essential cookies in the browser; the shop will still load.

5. Your requests

Email support@lashlip.com to access, correct or ask us to delete personal data, subject to records we must keep for completed orders.

6. Children

Lashlip is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
