Lashlip Refund and Returns Policy

Returns for False Eyelashes, Lip Products, Makeup Brushes. Last updated: 7 November 2026.

Window

Start a return within 21 calendar days of delivery. Email support@lashlip.com with order number, SKU, size and photos before you post anything back.

Condition

Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, unless we shipped the wrong SKU or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Not accepted

Final-sale badges, custom engraving, and items damaged by wear or washing.

Refunds

After inspection, refunds go to the original payment method in about 7–14 business days. Buyer-remorse on correctly described goods: you pay return shipping. Our error or a confirmed defect: we cover return shipping and refund in full.
