1. Coverage & cost

Shipping cost depends on destination and weight. Checkout shows the rate before payment.

2. Processing

In-stock lines are typically packed within 1–3 business days after payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Transit

Most international deliveries arrive in about 7–20 business days after dispatch. Customs or remote addresses can take longer. We cannot guarantee a party or event date.

4. Packing

Items are packed to survive international transit.

5. Duties

Import VAT or duty on fashion and jewellery, if charged by your country, is the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout is marked delivered-duty-paid.

6. Loss or damage in transit

Photograph the carton and the item and email support@lashlip.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). Wear-and-tear after you use the product is not transit damage.
